I was a person who did not believe I needed hearing aids and if I had them they would work no better than a sound amplifier. I was persuaded by a friend who has hearing aids and was tired of me asking him to “say again” to make an appointment with Audibel Hearing Center’s Devin Kuerth.
Devin listened to my story and doubts and completed a number of tests to determine my hearing loss. We then talked about the number of products available and what would work for me. It was clear; Devin had the skill and product knowledge to persuade me to become a customer.
I’m now in the process of adjustments and my learning what works. I’m extremely happy with my experience at Audibel and its representative Mr. Devin Kuerth.
