I've been a customer with this office for at least 7 years, I think. I have rec'd the best customer service here than in any other office, in any other field, that I can ever remember. Yes, they care THAT much. I have to say, every single time I've had a need with my aids, Cathy has not only listened to me, she has often "listened between the lines," allowing her to immediately troubleshoot for me - sometimes with answers I hadn't even thought of, or knew were ways that Audibel could help with - but always with an answer, and always with a smile. Chris has been there a number of years now, also, and I'm finding he is very much the same. They both smile, listen and help at no charge, every time - even when I'm 5 years out of warranty. I've also greatly appreciated that, even when the normal warranty has ran out on my aids, (I keep mine until they die!) I can still go in and get them cleaned and serviced for free, as well as receive free updated hearing tests to see how I'm doing, and free technology uploads to my aids, forever. I bought my first pair of hearing aids with another company, before I found this Audibel office, and while I don't think they did anything wrong, they were nothing like Cathy and Chris. When you need & wear hearing aids, your entire life can be affected by that. You need more than just a sales person and payment plan. You need kind, competent people who truly care, are going to be there for you when you need them, and who will be willing to go that little extra mile for you the few times you really need it. I have generally been pleased with my Audibel hearig aid. As with most hearing aids it has takes some adjustments to get used to. The equipment has generally worked well and has been convenient and easily hidden in my ear.
