I can’t say enough good things about Brooke in the Riverdale office! She is fast, efficient, and competent- always knows just what I need and how to take care of me. I am impressed with her positivity and the joy she brings to each of her clients. Outstanding in everything! Having been to other hearing centers, my experience with Audibel has been the best! When Brooke transferred to the Riverdale office, I was even more impressed! Great customer service! She does a wonderful job managing multiple clients and staying on top of everything going on while also giving clients the professional attention they deserve. She is one of the best individuals I have worked with! If you’re looking for a hearing center, give Audibel a try! They have great prices and maintenance plans. Your visit might even be free! I believe they are a model the industry should follow!

Jordon Andersen, on Google50 Stars! Great customer service! I stopped in on their promotion to ‘fix my current hearing aids’. (If you need this done, I suggest bringing yours in!) I’m a cynical person so, I was prepared to be pressured to buy a new pair of their brand. I could not have been more wrong. Karen at the front desk was just so friendly and helpful. Then Brooke actually listened to my concerns as we discussed my hearing. Of course, I was fitted with a pair of Audibels to try-out while mine were sent in for repair. They were fantastic: great features and easy to use. I change environments quite a bit, so this was very helpful to me. Within a week Karen called saying to come pick up my old aids, which were now fixed and returned. Going back in to pick them up, there was no pressure to buy the trial pair. Just more friendliness. I will add here that the company/ brand of my current aids said they couldn’t be fixed, but they would have been happy to sell me a new pair. All this to say I’ll wear the older ones until they stop working, but then I will certainly go back to the best customer service I’ve had in a long time – and buy the Audibels from Brook and Karen.
